ROB......FRIEND!
HOLD UP!
You didn't SCREW anything up. If you slipped, you slipped. If it was bad, you'll fix it!
I'm so sad to read your post and so very worried.
PLEASE let us know how you're doing. Let us know what you need. Reach out.
Tay.

Rob

Nah! Get a grip. And then talk. You are to wise to let it go. We know that.

And don't apologize to US. You let no one HERE down. Just come back, get a grip, and work your program.

Peace and serenity,

warrens

That's the rollercoaster of recovery...
it goes up and down.
Without our DOC to keep us on our "known" feeling...it often seems like things will never get better, but it does over time.

Well ....
You are feeling down from
putting drugs /alcohol back into your brain.

You never have to feel this way again

Calm down and get back on track.

Captain Kirk 03-03-2008 07:47 AM

what's wrong?

Rowan 03-03-2008 08:00 AM

We are here when you are ready to talk, Rob. Remember how bad it was when you came back last time? Remember how good you started to feel? You can get there again. You have the tools, and it's up to you to pick them up again.

Anna 03-03-2008 08:17 AM

Rob,

You're not alone, as you can see. We're all here to offer support.

There is ALWAYS hope!

Jomey 03-03-2008 09:38 AM

ANGELINA243 03-03-2008 10:14 AM

Rob, don't give up! Maybe this really is the last time for you. What I mean is--this can be the last time that you go out there again. If you truly feel hopeless--well, why not give the program another chance? What have you got to lose? I know you are frustrated with yourself right now--but don't allow this last relapse to prevent you from having the future you can have with recovery. Wishing you the very best on your road to recovery. :atv Keep movin' ahead!

Negative Man 03-03-2008 10:16 AM

It's always darkest before the dawn, Rob. Know that your friends are here. Don't give up on yourself. We haven't given up on you. And we never will. -- NM

warrens 03-03-2008 10:26 AM

Boy, Rob

I hope I'd have as many folks praying for me if I stumble. Tell 'ya something?

What goes around comes around. You've impacted others in a positive way here. It's coming back at 'ya.

Get a grip for you and come back for you....and us!

warrens

Where there's life, there's hope, Rob! You and we are all "living proof" that sobriety is possible...never stop believing that!
