I can't stop my head!
My brain has a tendancy to repeat things over and over and over....and it's driving me nuts!
For the last two days.....my brain has been singing...over and over and over:
'shake, shake, shake......shake, shake, shake......shake your booooooty'
It's driving me crazy! lol
But seriously, I really do have a tendancy to repeat song lyrics, tv commercials, things I've read...over and over.
Does ANYONE else do that? Or am I just crazy?

My brain does that too, I used to be a lot worse than I am now. So if youre crazy, so am I.

I ended up with a good head doc, but I still label myself as bats#it crazy.

It does get better, one day at a time.

Join the club! When I have times like that...with thoughts running repeatedly through my head...especially song lyrics...I change the AA "Think" slogan to "Don't Think", and keep repeating it until I manage to block out the other craziness. Sometimes it works!

I get songs stuck in my head...it really sucks sometimes. All I can do is get a different song going...one I never tire of. Then repeat the process. LOL I try to change the annoying song with a positive one.

Two nights ago I had a dream of some kind of tv commercial and the theme song from the old hit show 'Matt Houston' was playing in it - In the dream I exclaimed - 'wow that's the theme song...'

I woke up thinking I actually had heard that on real tv. Haven't been able to get it out of my head ever since.

That is me all day everyday too. Like now I have Clumsy by fergie. I keep singing. Can't help it, Girl cant help it. And thats it.
So we are all crazy I guess.

Wow I am glad to hear that someone is as crazy as me. I do that all the time. It really drives me crazy, when i sing old songs I learned in school. Well, am I relived I am not the only one.

I carry around a mini-portfolio with me. If people get 'that look - I can pull it out and show them some drawings ... they see the pics - look back at me

after that I get that

Every morning when I'm washing my hair I get the opening number to the musical "Lucky Stiff" stuck in my head. It's a musical about a British guy who takes a corpse on vacation to Atlantic City.

barb dwyer makes me laugh. most of us are embaressed/ashamed about being crazy. barb's so kool because she doesn't let it botther her.
if i remember correctly, i remember in another thread, a while ago, she said when people give her weird looks she asked them how did they know she's not normal. :ghug3 i wish i could be more like that!
