We're under quarantine here don't worry! When I called the HS to let them know the teen is out again the secretary said it's going around, has been for a few months. She wasn't surprised... said lots of kids are out. I'll try to keep it contained lol.

At yoga yesterday morning a massage therapist that also does aromatherapy told me to diffuse some essential oils to disinfect the air. Why not... can't hurt. She gave me eculyptus & citrus. Smells like furniture polish in here . It's better than puke though .

Yes essential oils work well! I have bottles from my mother in my cabinet that I pull out once in awhile! It works great! And smells awesome too!

Poor GT!

Ok someone help me! This guy at work ...UGH! I try not to allow people to get to me but for some reason (and not it is not me or no I do not see something in him that reflects me blah blah blah) the guy is just a total A-HOLE and I cannot handle it!

Hey where is RO RO ?????

Here I am! My boss has been riding me to get some shite done - so I was MIA for a while. I think I missed the entire last installment of Bottoms!!

Sugar in the gas tank Rella . Or diffuse some vanilla and lavendar oils. They promote calm I think.
