Cool Multivitamins

I've been taking these for a while now, ever since I came back from my last docs appointment - along with cod liver oil tablets.

Anybody else taking vitamin supplements or anything to help with health during recovery?

Don't really know if they are making any sort of difference, but I might as well keep taking them, it's kind of a habbit now anyway.

At least it's a better habbit than my other habbit. :chatter

I'm taking a multivitamin. Specifically, "Now" brand "Special One" vitamins. They smell awful, but they're green-food (or something?) and are supposed to be much better for you than drugstore vitamins.

I think it's a very good idea in recovery. I recently had blood tests that showed I was low in folic acid but all my other vitamins levels were fine, my diet isnt very healthy either. I think the other vit levels were OK because I take cod liver oil tablets.

Youre Scottish RK, you lot are famous for your healthy diet! :rof

Do you deep fry the vitamin tablets?

I've always taken a multivitamin, even before recovery, nowadays I supplement it with a fiber pill, fish oil, calcium, and a couple other things. Working on a healthy diet too but I make a mess out of that by giving in to junk foods once in awhile!

It tastes good too - one of the reasons we are considered to have the worst diet in Europe up here...

As long as you don't eat too many of them they're fine...
