Ok ....so update: My brother went back to the program! (woo hoo) but, this is what is disturbing...(I will get over it) This guy who did the breathe test on him ......swore it was not broken! Well...my brother went back (Mind you after a FULL night of drinking) and asked the guy who was stone cold sober to blow into it, so he did-the guy blew a 4.0! My brother who was still a bit drunk....blew into it and blew a 3.9 Ummmmm HELLO! So what is disturbing is my brother has been in this guys care as he goes through recovery for over 3 months now-and he has to put up that big of a fight with my brother (before when he kicked him out) without honestly checking this machine. I know I know when we are all not in recovery we lie to ourselves and others..but my brother was in there over 3 months! Doing GREAT I might add- I know I'm babbling ...it is just disturbing that this lead my brother to relapse because the damn machine was in fact BROKEN! :crazy |
