Hi friends:

I am so glad I found SR. I pop in almost every day, read the forums for a while, and post myself a few times a week. It helps me a huge amount to read other peoples' stories and to read the very supportive replies when I feel like posting something.

After 37 years of heavy drinking and never once seriously trying to quit I am celebrating 8 weeks of sobriety today These forums have made it so much easier than I ever thought it would be to get this far.
