Stone, I'm proud of you for not giving up. You are stronger and have more courage than you know. I believe that this bump in the road will make your recovery stronger. Remember the things that tripped you up and when faced with them in the future, find different ways of handling them.
You can do it again and be better and stronger than ever before!

...no not today!
I just wanted this 'out there', no more secrets, and to thank all who supported me through it.
Hope things are continuing to go well for you (and everyone else) on this day.
I think keeping a private journal would be helpful. It only takes a few moments to jot a few ideas or feelings down.
My knee is about the same... at least it's not worse. I haven't learned any lessons yet apparently . Thank you for asking.
