I agree with all that's been said here, and especially theonlyway's comment about your words being inspiring. The "Bottoms" thread is a classic, and I've read most your posts because they've helped make me stronger. When I tanked around the same time you did - the words of my friends on SR - and knowing I'd be welcomed back with open arms - helped me through the crisis. I'd like to journal, too, but am so afraid of someone - someday reading it - & what good would it be if I wrote a "censored" version? Still might do it, though. Love to everyone - Day 37 for me. You've seen me on a very dark place. There was a time when i passed by mirrors and put my hand in front of my face, and some times when i walked on the street and actually felt i was less than anybody on this land. With time, and amazing changes and a beautiful turning point, i have managed to look into the mirror, kiss it, walk on the street and feel special and even feel as a child of God, equal to any other...
I believe the biggest gift in life is self love. I discovered that's the only true power we hold. I wish all of your being all that it can be, hoping your inner core releases all of that amazing potential i know it's there, for the amazing samples i've seen already.

it was said to me, if one puts half the effort into revovery, as one did in their drinking, were on on way to a good foundation for long term recovery...
in our case, if we put half the effort into our recovery, as we do with Linux, were on our way to a good foundation to long tern recovery... lol

You have also shown that honesty is one of the most important parts of recovery.
Going to a meeting my friend, that will help you get out of your head, calling my sponsor and talking it over with him helps get the crap out of my head, you may want to try that to. I have heard it said that any problem shared is halfed every time it is shared and it helps others to.
No more secrets!!!! I know that when something is no longer a secret it holds absolutely no power over me!!!! Tell it like it is Paul, it will set you free my friend, PM if you wish.
