He was awake this morning. We were surprised... I thought he'd still be sedated. They lowered the sedation so he can hopefully get off the respirator. They almost took it out at lunch time but his blood gasses weren't low enough. He was mad. Can't talk with it in you know but he gave my brother and I the finger. I think he thinks we have him on life support. He is in a way since he can't breathe well enough but it's not like what I think he's thinking. I think . He was grabbing at the tubes trying to rip em out so he's sort of restrained right now. Either that or go back up on the sedation.
