comeing back
right now i feel helpless and depressed.i am hurting my marriage and my life.i was sober for 3 years almost 10 years ago and im finding it hard to go back.i cant remember how to live sober.i think about the things i do and have done for alcohol but it doesnt seem to keep me away from it for more than a week.im getting angrier now when i drink and ive been testing out the cocaine road. i need help!

I am sorry you are in so much pain.
perhaps you just need to start small. You know... One day at a time.
Asking for help is a big thing! It is hard to do but there are folks that will help you. You don't have to be alone.

get to an AA meeting and stay off the cocaine road.....lots of bumps (no pun intended) on that road....bad combo with alcohol, you'll find yourself in bad place.....keep posting....

did it
Been down the coke route for 12 years. Starts with a half here and there. Led to 1/4 oz week end (that's 2 eight balls, 7 grams), and trust me, there is always room for more becuase there is never, never enough. Don't do it. Here in SR you have put it out there and have been warned.
