Hey Stoney, Barb, Dee and Hope!

I am going mental today.I decided to quit smoking as well as the (obvious) drinking and I think I've bitten off more than I can chew.I couldn't decide before which I was craving the most-cigarettes or wine and thought about just binging.I know me-I would go completely overboard with both so I had to think of what else to do.

I was planning on doing this cold turkey-I've done it before, but I wasn't addicted to alcohol back then, and right now my body seems confused as to which it is I'm craving. It's just too much.

Anyway-I went to the pharmacy and got some nicotine patches and I'm hoping they'll help/kick in soon.If this gets to be too much I think I might wait till I'm through the worst of the alcohol stuff and then work on the smoking.I hate feeling like I want to binge-and this was so strong.Ugh.

I'm riding it out anyway. Thanks for asking after me.I'm a bit shaky right now but hanging in there.

Julesxox
