BTW - Staying stopped was hard for me. I have nearly six months now and the desire to drink just isn't there any more. There is hope. You can do this.

triggers for me are work and stress so i think i am quitting my job and winning the lottery no more drinking!

I have a clear head and will keep it .........can't see not having one and then agian when the High winds, mud slides , more rain than needed all comes at once it gets bad................ I have prayed asking God to spare us all ....... WE NEED A BREAK.

I am doing all I can to stay in the now with my program and keep it close to me........... need peace of heart and to think Program..... it brought me this far and I won't let go........... even though things are very rough.............
