My cats definitely were part of my wanting to quit, and are big part of my wanting to keep sober.

I'm not an aa member. I think there other ways. I also think moderation is achievable as I have been able to do that for the most part. A big issue for me is who I hang with. If it's just myself I do well. I don't think my problem is drinking as much as it is just obsessing on whatever is near.

it was queen-then another-and another, before i knew it i'd be on the verge of passing out-i've got so angry with myself over the last couple of months-i've despised myself for months and thats where the incentive is coming from to stop-that and as i've said-to improve mine, and my son's quality of life

water doesnt help you forget things-or help you when you're feeling low-the angry part of me is giving me the urge to carry on-if i slip back i know i'll end up hating myself even more-at least this way i'll end up feeling some sort of satisfaction when i'm clean
awwwww! well, live and learn -- what else do ya have??
do you like tonic? i have been drinking tonic, --diet tonic most often -- with lime... if you've ever had a vk/tonic or such -- you won't miss what's missing and its a great substitute...
no caffeine, good flavor... i've heard some use flavored water, too!
what else do you like ???
