day 3

yes i'm sober. I am allright I guess, with some cravings here and there. I'm drinking lots of water, and trying to take one thing at a time. I stopped looking too many days ahead.

I am a bit freakish about going back to work tomorrow tough. I'm in for a very busy week, and next to all sorts of deadlines I also have two examans. Wich (ofcourse) I hardly studied for because I was stoned all the time.
Thinking about this too much makes me anxious, so I try to forget about, and do only what I can at the moment.

I rather fail at work then relapse that's for sure. Getting sober has te be my priority.

I'm glad you're doing okay.

And, yes recovery has to be your priority, but hopefully you will feel well enough to get through the work week and the exams.

Good work coming_clean! 3 days is awesome, and this is the worst part physically so if you are getting through the cravings, it will only continue to get better.

Good luck with work and exams, you'll be fine - and you will do better at both if you're not wasted!

all the best,

ndz
