Sunday night online AA meeting
Greetings and happy Friday to everyone!
This Sunday, 1/13 at 9:00 PM Arizona time I'll make another attempt at holding an open AA meeting in the chat room. Last week was very enjoyable and hopefully helpful to everyone who attended, I look forward to another successful meeting this time.
If you've never tried a chat meeting you might be wondering what to expect. Well, last Sunday was my first time so I'll try to relate my experience. We had around 10-12 people attend over 1 hour, and we covered a couple different topics. You are encouraged to share, or you can just read what everyone else is sharing. Joining in is simple, just enter the chat room, you'll be announced and welcomed, and start sharing if you choose to do so. The meeting will last approx. 1 hour, and you're welcome to stay on longer if you'd like. Last week we had a few newcomers chat away long after the meeting ended and until the wee hours of the morning. Now that's what it's all about!
So please come and enjoy the meeting Sunday night. Bring a topic if you'd like, or I'll throw out an idea to get us started. And remember, this is an open meeting, anyone is welcome. Last week we had some attendees from F&F join in and share, I hope we'll continue to have support from other recovery programs. Sharing our experience, strength, and hope is what this is all about.
See you soon!

Unless I'm mistaken that converts to 4:00 AM on the 21st. I know it's a little early in the morning caitlin, but I hope you'll join us.

Hope you can make it dgillz, as well as anyone else!
The meeting will start in approx. 20 minutes.
I'm challenged when it comes to time zones, so for future reference here's a converter I found that helped The World Clock - Time Zone Converter

That's OK RZ, I probably would've had a better turnout if I'd posted the right date!
Sheesh, almost three years sober and the fog still hasn't cleared
But I bet I'll get it right next week!
