wanting to STOP!!
 

looking to quit narcs- have been taking norco and oxcontin for past two years, and I have discontinued the oxycontin as of last month, and have weaned my norco down to 2 or 3 a day, but cant take the next step to quit entirely. I get 12-18 hours out and the withdrawal is so bad I cant help taking another, and I can't quit and go to work, any suggestions? Anyone hear of something called weinicom? how can I get some? any other suggestions other than bite the bullet for how to come off easy? I am new to the site and would like any help you guys can offer!

Welcome to SR. Congrats on coming off the oxy. My drug of choice was alcohol so my experience with drugs is limited. I am sure someone will be along shortly with some experience in that area. Glad you are here.

It sounds like you're doing pretty well.

I suggest talking to your dr and getting his/her advice on how to get through the withdrawls.
