Monday check-in

Hey All- At the dreaded work....really things seem OK. The new meds cause a few problems but they're vital to my sobriety so I'll just have to endure until I become acclimated. Slept a bit last night...grateful for that. In 45 minutes it'll be 4 days 12 hours sober. I want to not drink so bad.

Glad you made it in to work, Rob. Keep turning it over and asking for the compulsion to be removed from you. You can do this.

Great work Robzoloft...

Try to remember the consequences of drinking, and how you'll feel tomorrow when you physically need to drink again and feel like sh*t because of a hangover...

Remember what drinking has done to your life and how it has made you suffer and that submitting to your urges will be giving over control of your life to addiction again...

You're doing great, you're stronger than your urge to drink; a brand new sober Robzoloft!!!

Hey Rob, four days twelve hours that's great man. Don't give in to the urge and it will continue to lessen.

Congratulations Rob! So far day 4 and 5 were my worst. DON'T GIVE IN TO THE TEMPTATION! It does get better, sooner than I would have thought. I thought day 5 was going to kill me, but now I'm on day 8 and feeling so much stronger.

You CAN do it and we are right here with you.
