It would be really great if you could write here and tell us how everything went, and what it was like. I say this because it takes a lot of courage to walk through those doors, and it might help inspire someone who doesn't know what to expect.

I feel so much better. I can actually think clearly now. It's also been nice to wake and feel rested.
