I understand being overwhelmed, and it sucks to have to do anything when you're sick.
Turning right around and looking at what you can be thankful for is a great self catch.

I went to a meeting tonight even though I wasn't feeling well.
I had a list of 7 things today and I got 5 of them done! That is pretty big for me. Making a list helps tremendously.
Also, meetings are helping me greatly too! Somehow I always feel better when I leave.

5 out of 7 is a lot better than I did today!
I am glad you went to the meeting even though you didn't feel well . . . most good things are like that. They don't entice like the bad, but they pay off instead of making you pay
