I feel so alive.
I am so fortunate
This gift of life is a constant source of wonder.
Which leaves me feeling grateful, aware and so so alive.

PS I met an old friend yesterday, she said you look completely different and I do and I don't need external refeerences either I feel it see it and live it, what a Gift.

I think it must show Kev, even on the outside .
I had the same experience, met a friend whom I hadnt seen since my very first months of sobriety , and she reckoned I looked 10 years younger! LOL ( I wish)
