So refreshing to wake up at 6:30am

And have a cup of tea

and browse this board...

I remember not so long ago being awake at 6:30am because I'd been drinking all night, either that or I never saw 6:30am at all because I was fast asleep, drunk...

Well, it's getting to be a habit now and I don't mind being up and about early in the morning at all...

I was confused, haha, 6:30 AM? (its 11 PM here).... That sounds nice... I love early mornings NOT hungover

ok well ....
I don't know about the 6:00 am -
cuz I'm still at WORK at 6:00 ..
but it IS wonderful to wake up and not be afraid.
Not be sick.
Know where you are.
Know who (if anyone) you woke up with.
Know where your car is.

I love waking up with a clear head and a hot cup of coffee.

I got up early for an appointment with my addictions counsellor - and I'm glad I did.

Now - back to bed!!
