Made it through without drinking

Earlier today I posted about being worried over being alone in the house and what I might do.....despite being , at least chronologically, an adult. I am happy to report I did not drink. There were thoughts...but not the inevitable actions of the past

Rob, there is no trick to this and getting through times like that is the only way to go. Next time will be easier.
