Just wanted to say, you are not alone with the way you state you feel. It took a while for me to learn to forgive myself and move past those feelings. Keep hanging around and I bet you find there are many people here who have been right where you are and have walked through it. There is a solution and you can find it. :ghug

I am Shannon but use kelsh as my user name. I have been sober quite a while more than my husband but he abused alcohol and could quit when and however long he wanted to...not me!! :HONYnewyear025firew

This is a very good site with lots of experience, strength, & hope from all of us as you move along toward sobriety. I used the A.A. Program for my recovery and it really saved my life.

I also have Chronic Depression and take meds for that.

I will look for more posts and hope you will go to that A.A. meeting. Keep coming back...read...post...or just say Hi!!!
