questions?

When I first started my path to being sober I got sick...vomiting, headaches (I still have headaches), loss of appetite, anxiety, night sweats, and insomnia. Though I am no longer getting sick and eating better and the physical things started to go away, yet the last two nights my insomnia is back. I only got about 4 1/2 hours of sleep last night. Will this come and go? How long does this last? Also what about the anxiety? I can be at home and all of the sudden I begin to kinda freak out. It is not like I need to be doing anything or be anywhere.

I think it often takes a long time for sleep issues to work out. It might take as much as 6 months before your body clock is regulated to sleep well at night again. Try to be patient with yourself. The anxiety will probably lessen as time goes by. There's a lot to deal with in early recovery!
