Alright, I am sorry for putting that there, I should have paid more attention to the rules, but I already feel at home here, Since i have been sober i went from Narcotic Drug forums to recovery forums... hahaha

I will stay strong, I got 93 days clean and sober today, and every day i just pile another clean day onto my back, and everyday i feel a little bit better! I get kinda high when i work out! It's wierd, because of the endorphons or something like that! haha

Newcomers is always a busy place with lots of good people here. The Substance Abuse forum might also be a good place for you to check out.

yeah, me also i haven't exercised for 5 years, now i hit the weights and the basketball court at gold's gym 3 times a week, 3 AA meetings a week and 3 workouts also kind of my sober routine. I was planning on going to a meeting tonight but I'm so tired i can't even keep my eyes open...
