feel a little nuts
Hey all.
I feel a little nutty right now. I am anxious and looking at a 14 hour work day! Goodness.
Power failure yesterday so I wasn't able to check in, but I am doing okay. Going on day 12, which is pretty exciting! Had a bad case of the guilts last night...but went jogging and read part of a good book, so I was able to get some sleep.

congrats on your sober days. be patient with yourself and be grateful you can feel again in sobriety. one day at a time!
