hanging in there today

Hey all...made it another day. Anxiety and panic is kicking in tonight. Maybe its a monday thing...who knows?

Glad this place is back up..I missed it earlier today!

Hey Jes, glad you're getting through the day.

I hope the anxiety and panic disappear because I know it's awful to deal with that.

One day at a time Jes, I know that sounds dumb and repetative, but that is how sobriety works, talk to folks with 20+ years sober and they will tell you that is how they stayed sober that long.

Ah, yes...just went to the Sobriety Calculator...boggles the mind when you see it in black and white!!!
