I'm having a lot of trouble with anxiety. I have an evaluation appointment (for alcohol abuse) for an intensive outpatient program a week from Monday, but I'm sort of at a loss as to how to deal with things until then. I'm anxious to the point where I'm not comfortable talking in a forum setting. Is there anyone with anxiety/panic experience who would be willing to talk to me over AIM? My sn is "endlessdelirivm."
