Jersey Nonny was right

Hello everyone. Had 2 beers last night. Have worked three 12 hour shifts in a row, I am TIRED.

Jersey Nonny advised me to come back when I wanted not to drink more than I wanted to drink, so I guess that's what I will do.

Til then, 2 beers a night.

thanks,
Shari

Just keep trying is all that any of us can do. Not thinking that I have anything other than this moment and hoping that we all can stay sober n clean right now.

Most of the old timers are usually right, the reason is that they have been there and done that and know from there own experience what works and what doesn't. I need to really pay attention to them and than maybe.......just maybe.......I won't have to learn the lesson the harder way.

What I said was,
When you want not to drink more than you want to drink, then you'll be ready to get off that alcoholic rollercoaster!
PLEASE, post/read...there is always something here to help you to "keep coming", rather than to keep coming back. There's a very fine but significant difference.

You do not need to 'come back'.

It is perfectly fine to be here if you are trying to stop drinking and are looking for inspiration and information.

I do hope you find your way

Being overly tired is a trigger for many of us.
