Hi littlefish, and good for you. 
It's great to know that others have made progress based on what they've learned on this site. Have been reading quite a bit and it's fascinating (and incredibly useful) to hear about the various paths people have taken to sobriety - there are so many different experiences on here.
Day 4: Caught myself musing at work today on how nice it would be to come home and kick back with a drink, but managed not act upon it. The early morning clear head is still an incredible novelty.
