I would but it's not ready yet . In about 2 hours I'll have to do some quality control sampling though.

K... ground beef, onions, garlic, a zillion spices, water, tomato paste. Cook for 2 hours.
What's Mr.K done?

no beans? hot spices? i think you're holding back on me. ha!

i asked mr k over coffee this morning to stop by the paint store today and get one quart of white dove paint to touch up some places in my hallway, and gave him the paint # on the back of a white dove paint chip card from the paint store. he then proceeded to go down and carry up EVERY can of paint we have stored in our basement work room onto our dining room table (about a dozen cans) and ask me which one i wanted. KNUCKLEHEAD!

OHHHHH! LOOK AT BABY ROLO!!!!!!!!!!!!

saturday he was out in the front yard and he went across the street to talk to our neighbor. i saw that something fell out of his pocket as he was crossing the street so hollered to him, "sweetie! somethin' fell out of your pocket!" he turned and waved at me so i figured he heard me and then i went inside. he came in about 45 minutes later and said, "LOOK WHAT HAPPENED TO MY GLASSES!" as it turns out, that is what had fallen out of his pocket (his glass case) and he had not picked them up when i hollered at him and when he came back across the street, he saw them - RUN OVER BY A CAR! FLAT AS A PANCAKE!

KNUCKLEHEAD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Everybody loves a ding dong :mock .

No beans in this chili K. Perhaps Rella can help explain. The Texas Weiner is unlike any chili dog you'll find anywhere else. IMO the chili sauce for it is very taste specific. There are ground chilie's in it. I'm using ancho. But then there's a ton more (cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, cumin etc.). I'm using 6 lbs of ground beef atm and a qt. of onions. It's a small batch.

Thanks Ro

Uh K... now why do you have a paint chip from the paint store? Why didn't you get the paint while you were there instead of a chip?

:brick idiot :mock

Yes GT is correct! NO beans is what makes it so tasty along with the spices-(I'm jealous that you are making it!) It actually goes well with eggs too!

It is more like a ground meat spicy slop.....that is mmmmmmmmmmmm yummmy!
