Dante, I don't know you yet but I will welcome you back too. Good for you with the cutting back. I did this with some of my prescribed meds for depression/anxiety & arthritis & guess what?? I am not feeling sedated at all now.

Going to the gym is a good way to spend some time and make you more healthy! I need to start walking and before long winter weather will prevent it. My dog would love me even more If I Took Her Walking...good for me too.

Don't be afraid of meetings. I spend some of my best time in those halls!

P.S. Spray bitter apple on the furniture so kitty won't keep scratching! Trust me, I know, lol.
