hi guys. thank you soooooooooo much for the warm welcomes!!
this is a great site!! its a bit overwhelming as there |are lots of sections where i think i fit into! so i'm introducing myself there too!
i was pretty anxious today but ive taken 2 seroquels and its taken the edge off..
it's mad how what sounds like such a low dose of lorazepam 1mg has made me so addicted.
it reminds me of coming off alcohol and class A's.
i feel like i've been addicted to stuff all my life.
I want to be free from addictions.
I do have mental health problems so il continue with the anti depressants and anti psychotics but i do want to bwe free of benzos and keep them for absolute emergencies prn.
