I thought the pumpkin soup wasw yummy, and it's very healthy. k, thanks for the taco soup recipe! My former GF made a delicious batch of that once in awhile.

my mom and i did a soup cookbook a few years ago as a christmas gift. we did some family recipes, some simple ones, etc. we're big soup and stew makers.
hence, my understanding of roux
my dad used to say that you must simmer and stir a soup gently, to let the flavors marry..

Not allowed to be on the Cranky List.....I have no slippers on...falling asleep at my desk and have to go out in the cold (Forgot my jacket) and have to drive home
