well, we're always here when/if you're ready. do what you got to do. i didnt come to AA until i had no other choice. i grew up in LP, never thought it would happen to me, etc etc. stick around!

johnny - if you can at the very least see a doctor (you'll have the doctor/patient privelege and all) and get their advice. i'm glad you keep posting here though, i think you'll find it very helpful just to get these feelings out to people who know what you're going through. keep it up man!!

I really think you need to talk to your dr.
There is much more to sobriety than stopping drinking.
I also get panic attacks but have learned to manage them somewhat and at least there are many less than when I was drinking.
