hey I am a new guy and want to stop for my family and myself

I love to drink when I can, I love oxycodone and some scripts when I can get my hands on them.. I need to stop.. I just cant the stress gets to much and it seems to help..please help me...

you might need a medical opinion
on how to de tox safely.

coming here was a great step!!!!!!!!!!!! i remember me, 42 days ago taking that first step coming in this group SR and WOW everyone here is so helpful and great! hang in there!
