Bye for a bit
I'm not relapsing, I'm not leaving in a huff...
I just...need not to be here as much
I only have 4 weeks to go to find somewhere to live, to pack up the rest of what I have, and move.
The fall back place I organised has fallen through, and the only other offers are from old drinking buds.
Me stressed, unhappy, in a party house ? ah...no.
I'm strong but, with not quite 6 months under my belt, I ain't stupid.
so...I need to find somewhere. Something good if possible. In the market here, with my income, I pretty much need every spare moment for that.
And to be honest, I'm also finding the stress of all this is making me...less than my usual genial self here, not to mention jaded.
And that's not what SR is about.
So...I will continue to check in....just don't count on me.
I need to readjust the ol' priorities for a bit and recharge the batteries.

back regularly as soon as I can...promise

Now you'll have to stick around a little longer to see what we've all said, though!! Seriously, yours are among the posts I never miss reading, even when I'm short of time. Always wise, always uplifting, and helpful to this newbie beyond words. You're doing the best thing for now - to concentrate on this big change coming up. Im gonna miss ya Dee :0( You allways have a knack of making me feel so good about myself and that Im not a twit lol. I hope you find a fantastic place and cant wait to have you back I allways look forward to your posts and advice. I dont know what the rental situation in aussie is like but here in Nz its ridiculous what you pay and what you get! And I know what you mean about going back to old drinking buddies tho I havent any drinking buddies Im either changing or getting rid of things that made me drink and feeling a wee bit stronger for it
