More than welcome Ro Ro! I'm the queen of injurie due to the bad car accident I was in! This lady re-ended me @ 50 mph. I have 2 disc herniations, had shoulder surgery, collar bone shaved, sciatica in both legs, and my one knee is very bad from lymes disease!

But the good news I can run 2 miles everyday-as long as i keep moving everything keeps working!

I miss running so much, my last race was in 1998 it was the Turkey Trot in Ann Arbor........it is such a natural high would get me pumped weeks before and after!!!!!!!!

well, she took the drug test and failed for coke and pot (which is all it tested for) now she's crying in her room. and throwing up from too much booze. she says she doesn't know what to do. i told her to put her big girl panties on (thanks, row) and get back to rehab - TODAY!
