bottles!! Its not a good feeling. Im full of remorse what I did last week when drunk :0( tho even tho it was what I wanted to say I would never ever say it while sober (just would of thought it!!)
My stomach is churning and I cant eat its all my fault!!

Oh, I know, it's an awful feeling Angie. But, use it to move forward. I had such an awful time with guilt, it would often lead me back to drinking again. Hang in there Angie!

My sponsor wants me to make a gratitude list. So that's what I'm doing tomorrow.

For me- I guess I'm lucky. I don't have a problem eating at all. When I drank I didn't always eat like i was supposed to. Today is day 2 for me and i had a big steak dinner for supper. I think its because i have always had a fast metabolism.

I've never had that problem. But it also sucks being so skinny my whole life. I was teased terrible when i was a kid. Sometimes people still do today. They don't realize how much it hurts me.
