made my belly rumble the whole damn thing......(looking at my empty mug of Lady grey thinking it is sorely lacking!) and I am trying to................I have awsome form and shape just from all of the weight loss I am really sagging and my PT thinks it will help me more with my lower back strengthing..........I hope he is right because these muscle spasms are killing me!!! I am just enjoying dancing threw the pain most times but others man it sits me dead on my butt!!!!

I have those in pink baby blue and purple, they look fantastic on a fat girl.........LOL my bf said it makes me rear quite pronounced.....lol why in the sam hell did I just tell you all of that????

They have yoga for pregnancy classes at my yoga place. Maybe give that a try? It seems less jarring to me. And re: the paint... I would choose a color that an older child will like so the room can grow as opposed to just being pastel baby colors. Nix on the black unless the baby is a vampire .

.LOL better be with me,I work 3rd shift......lol! actually that is something I have wanted to do for awhile but I am not as flexable as I was I had my hips replaced back in november and a steel plate placed across my pelvic bone holding it together so I love my swimming but everything else just kills me!!! I used to run track and was a cheerleader in HS abd on into collage but after that urhum shall we call it an accident I guess I just haven't had the muscle control I once did and everything just seems to hurt all of the time!!! I MISS MY HOT TUB!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! But I have pt today I will ask Mark if I can!!! And thinking of a soft almost mint green.........I love that color it is soothing, don't want it to look like Army greem or olive green but was thinking my royal colors too......think P might go for that!
