IS that what they are called? I mean the little disks for 1 month, 3 month etc.

None of the meetings I've been to have them, and I'm too scared to ask anyone.

Can anyone recommend somewhere online I can get them from in the UK?

I'm wondering if they just aren't used in the UK, as my Dad buys my Mums for her.

Not all groups in the USA present them...it all depends on "group conscience". My own home group voted not to have them on hand, or allow them to be presented at the podium, although individuals still chose to gift them to each other.
