went last night and tho I still felt like the "new" girl I know I need to attend a few to feel comfortable.
Going to another one tonight just have to get used to staying up later!! as I normally go to bed at 7pm!!! and I didnt get home till 9.30pm!!
also I have to remain sober today as our poor old doggie "murphy" has woken up and his hind legs are paraylised ( hes 12) so Im taking him to the vets when they open wish him luck hes a lovely lovely old man and my 20 month adores him! :0(

I'm so glad you went to your first meeting, and are planning on attending another tonight! I'm proud of you for taking this step.
I'm so sorry about Murphy - I hope he's going to be okay. Regardless of the outcome, know that you don't have to drink over it. You can get through this sober.
Please let us know how it goes at the vet, and tonight at the meeting.
