A WEEK 7 days for me!!!
a week, maria has been sober for a week, wow. normally laborday weekend, well any weekend, hell, anyday--- would be a reason to kick back with a whole lotta drinking.
i like not drinking. Its weird. Im cool with it. I keep looking real close at my eyes every morning, waiting to see them nice and bright and white. they are starting to look better now.
Last night after watching a movie with my boyfriend, he said you look tired. you look like you can actually fall asleep..... that is very cool for me. He left. i went upstairs and slept, nice and sound for the first time in a long time. no tossing and turning, just hit the pillow and slept like a normal person.
that feels really freaking good.
Im starting to like me and how i feel - lol they should bottle sobriety (oxymoron) sobriety in a bottle. wouldnt that be something, lol
