The Last Hurrah!

I live on Cape Cod, so we have the quintissential summer here. Beached it with the kids almost every day. We spent this last weekend with our last beach blast that included family who came down; we'll end it all with a trip to the grocery store to pick up those lovely school lunch things and notebooks and all that back to school stuff. Sigh! I hate the end of summer.

OK! Everyone must be doing Labor Day things...and, I am envious! I'm just hanging out on the pc, nursing a bad head cold, and waiting for lunch to be served. What is everyone else up to?
I hate the end of summer so much, I'm embarrassed to say there were times I actually sat at the pool or on the beach...last one to leave...and shed a few tears. Now, that is really sad!
Sigh! I hate the end of summer.
