Just a Note to let you know
 

I'm here and I'm doing ok. 97 days sober.
I've had ups and downs.
This emotional rollercoaster keeps going.
Shouldn't it be slowing by now?
Ah, But I was told to hold on for the ride of my life..
What a ride it has been!

Even the low points of my sobriety are NOTHING compared
to being in active addiction.

I can get through anything as long as I don't pick up a drink or drug. :)

I've got over 2 1/2 years Hope, and there are still days when I take a ride on the e-coaster, but rest assured that it does get better. Most days I look forward to the ride cuz it's so much fun being clean and sober!

Thanks so much for the support. I love you guys.
It has not been easy especially the last few weeks.
It has almost felt like it was easier to give up.

But somewhere in the midst of the turmoil in my life, I am starting to feel hope again.
That is a blessing.

Life is a ride. A journey. We all are on our own paths, and I have no idea why there have to be such highs and lows, but it is the lows I learn from.

AND I learn from you, thanks for posting. How are the details coming: small progress each day with all that stuff you posted when you were so down?
