day 3 for me

Hi everybody, my name is Maria

Im on day 3 of not drinking. my head hurts alot, i couldnt sleep last night.
i dont have any cravings for alcohol at all thankfully

just wanted to say hello

Hi Maria,

My head hurt really bad for the first three days...I'm on day 6 and it doesn't hurt anymore. Hopefully the same will be true for you!

im considering a meeting, but im afraid.
do people go while they are detoxing?

why do i feel like im going to cry at any minute? do people cry at the meetings? how can i find a new to AA meeting, and what does a sponsor do and how do i get one?
