Hey Ro-just hanging out really.Had a blah couple of days-but being here helps.Seems a few of us have been feeling a bit low lately.

Isn't it weird though-how if I post to someone else struggling and offer support-I start to feel better.I've been thinking about that......

And it is so true - we reach out and support one another, and by getting out of ourselves, we feel better. It's so much easier, and better, than sitting alone dwelling about stuff.
