A looooong time

Lately I have been noticing people posting and are obviously regular that I don't even know. I guess after two years two months and some change I don't keep up in the way I used to.

So this is hi with a big Hug from me. For me key is to live recovery and have the courage to change the things I can. As someone said to today here its about growing day by day.

May the light of recovery warm you from the top of your ead to the tip of your tootsies.

Day 7 today. Just about made it though the first week for 18 years without a drink
