hi i'm back

i thought i could controle my drinking but now it's interfering with my work, family an daughter. i hang for 3 days all i want to do is sleep, i get back leg cramps, heart palpitations, can't breath right help me

I am of all of 9 days of sobriety...but, I got past the shakes sweats and insomnia by joining AA, and admitting I cannnot drink again and listening a lot..and making meetings to try and keep myself on track....try it ..at this point it sounds like you have realized you cannot do it alone..very very few can.......if you know you cannot do it on your own...don't wait any longer.....find a chapter nearby and go....

a problemed drinker lol

that's what i told myself cause i only drink once a month sometimes every two months but the last few days too often

... was wondering where you went to. Besides reading stuff on here, have you checked with your doctor about your physical symtoms?

Hey.. Well the first step is admitting you have a problem. You have so many people that love you and you have to love yourself first and foremost. Love yourself enough to believe that you deserve to live without drinking.
