Hi all

just a quick post to let you know I am ok

I have been staying away recently as just felt I needed a break and I will continue to be away for a while longer, but just thought I'd drop by and let you know I am ok and Its 4 weeks 6 days.

I still have anxiety issues but I guess when this is all sorted I will deal with them.

Thanks guys, Stone told me to drop in and have a look at his bottoms thread, said it'd give me a laugh...just been there and I am SOOOOOO lost!!! but it did make me smile.

I will be back from time to time just gotta deal with things the way it works for me just now.
